Plastic surgeon Dr. Allen Gabriel has made it his life mission to help women feel whole and strong. An international speaker on breast aesthetic surgery, Dr. Gabriel has authored more than three dozen abstracts in peer-reviewed publications. He was involved in House of Bill 1101 for restoration rights legislation and also visits Haiti every year to provide medical care to women with his organization The Gift of Lift.
In 2001, Dr. Gabriel joined the Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Loma Linda University. While there, he volunteered on a medical mission to Ethiopia with Operation Good Samaritan. In 2007, Dr. Gabriel was selected to world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. G. Patrick Maxwell to enter a Breast and Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship in conjunction with Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Gabriel holds a B.S. from the University of Utah in Chemistry and a medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
Regina Fearmonti, MD — Medical Advisor

Dr. Regina Fearmonti is a microvascular fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a background as a breast surgical oncologist. She is board certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She practices through Alon Aesthetics Plastic Surgery in San Antonio and New Braunfels. With privileges in hospitals throughout New Braunfels and San Antonio’s South Texas Medical Center, she has been serving patients in South Texas since September 2012. She specializes in breast health and all aspects of breast reconstruction after cancer, congenital abnormalities, and trauma.
She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her medical degree from Loyola University-Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her training in general surgery at the distinguished Baylor College of Medicine and fellowship training in breast surgical oncology at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, followed by a second residency at Duke University in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She then returned home to Texas and The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to complete a year-long fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery. Here she learned innovative techniques in free tissue transfer for breast reconstruction, management of lymphedema, as well as tissue expander, implant, and pre-pectoral (above the muscle) reconstruction.
Dr. Fearmonti has trained with leading plastic surgeons from around the country, and she is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, is president of the San Antonio International Society of Plastic Surgeons, and she serves on the editorial board of the Plastic Surgery Education Network.

Dr Chrysopoulo (“Dr C”) is a board certified plastic surgeon, breast reconstruction surgeon and microsurgeon, and President of PRMA Plastic Surgery in San Antonio, TX. He specializes in state-of-the-art breast reconstruction with a particular focus on perforator flap breast reconstruction, nipple-sparing mastectomy, techniques to maximize aesthetic outcomes, and restoring sensation after mastectomy.
Dr C is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is an active member of several professional societies including the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ASRM), and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) for which he serves on several educational committees. He has authored and co-authored several book chapters and scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, and is routinely an expert speaker at regional, national and international academic meetings. Dr C has dedicated his professional life to advocating for breast cancer patients. He strongly believes that shared decision-making between the physician and patient is crucial in achieving the best outcomes and has built his practice on this philosophy.
